Level I - (Onsite 2 hours) Infrared, health and safety, (Home shell, HVAC inspection) wattage metered, insula-tion/air leak report. $299.00 (For the DIY types)
Level II - (Onsite 3.0 hours) Level I plus, computer model-ing of your home. $445.00 (For the average bear)
Level III - (Onsite 4 hours) Level II plus, HERS (Energy Star rating) (If you are selling/buying a home). $599.00
Utility programs - Level IV utility rebate program $750.00
